Happy Friday Beauties. I have another Valentine’s Tutorial today using the Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette. With this look, I wanted to dive into the more purple shades in the palette cause they are so stunning and I am a sucker for purple eyeshadow. I think this look ended up being perfect for Valentine’s Day, it’s soft, sultry and romantic.
Song inspiration for this one comes from David Bowie via the Labyrinth soundtrack. As the World Falls Down is one of my favorite lovey songs.
I still remember perfectly, when my husband and I first started dating, one night he was singing this song to me outside his apartment at 5am, The neighbors were very confused.
What up guys? today I have a review and demo of the Colourpop No Filter Concealer. I was finally able to get it in my shade and I have been testing her out a few weeks now and wanted to review it for ya’ll.
I was planning to have this post up yesterday but I didn’t think about how yucky I would feel after getting a tooth pulled. I felt awful yesterday so I just slept but I’m all better today and back at it.
Happy Monday, This is my second time typing this. Yay Monday and thanks for not saving my progress WordPress and glitching out. Appreciate it!
Anyway, Today I have a makeup tutorial featuring a rose gold and red halo eye paired with a deep oxblood wing and a glossy lip. This look was inspired by the Lacuna Coil song called Spellbound. This shades screamed Valentine’s day to me so I wanted to get this post up in time.
If you want to see how I got this look, just keep reading below.
Another oddly timed post. Killing it in 2018 with keeping to a schedule eh? Like I said in my last couple of posts, I have been sick and am awaiting some dental work which means I have been in on and off pain, and my sleep schedule is all kinds of messed up. It’s 1 am and I am up for the day. Anyway, I am back to the grind today and am determined to get back on track.
In today’s post, I have a makeup tutorial for this look I called Dust. As per usual it was inspired by a song. This time it was a song from Fields of the Nephilim called Dust of the album Dawnrazor. I wanted to do a look using the shade Chalice from the Kat Von D Saints & Sinners Palette because it is a very unique shimmery brown with antiqued bronze tones that can pull either warm or cool depending on the shades used with it. This is a relatively simple look compared to most of what I have been doing lately but I really liked how it came out.
So if you want to see how I got this look, just keep reading below.
