Happy Friday! Is it bad I am super excited because today is my cheat day. I have already had a donut, boudin kolache and a mocha latte this morning and I am working on a Dr. Pepper. Tonight, we are going to get dinner at Ghengis which is kind of like bibimbap that you pick out everything yourself and they cook it. I have been craving it for weeks but it’s a rice-based dish so I have been saving it for a cheat day. I might get a sushi roll too!
Anyway, today I have another retro-futurism/vaporwave inspired look. This one is called Pink Mist after a Gunship song again too. I saw the image in the background on Pinterest and I was so inspired by the colors and the geometric shapes and wanted to so a look based on it. For this look, I used shades from the Huda Beauty Electric Obsessions Palette, Warm Obsessions, and Anastasia Beverly Hills Subculture.
I wanted to get a little out of the ordinary with this one and bring in some more avant-garde and goth elements with a colorful neon glow. I am really having fun stepping out of the box with color and just going by what feels good and not sticking to a formula.
Good Afternoon, I hope everyone had a good weekend. I did for sure and I have a few pictures, a MOTD and an OOTD to share with ya’ll today. I meant to get this up Monday but yesterday was a complete fail. It consisted of me just trying to stay awake long enough to get back on a day schedule because I stayed up WAY too late Saturday.
Hello! It’s time for a MOTD post. I have a makeup look to share with ya’ll and just some chit-chat about weight loss, the food I have been into, a little self-care and tons of pupper picture. This post is probably going to be all over the place because my brain is all over the place and it’s 5 am. Trying to pull an all night/day’er to get that sleep schedule right again. I goofed it up hella bad Friday. More on that later. Let’s just get started. Continue reading “Makeup of the Day | April 25, 2018 – May 1st, 2018 Weightloss, Food, Self Care and Pumpkin.”→
Welcome back, guys! I have a little bonus post today. I did a collab with Faith Wolff Kuhn where we both used the same Maybelline City Mini Palette in Graffiti Pop and came up with looks. This was a fun collab and my first time trying out a Maybelline City Mini Palette.
